With over 22 years of very deep and broad experience and an approach focused on resolving challenging behaviours at their root causes, the program provides massive value far beyond the cost, helping you understand, relate to and build your dog in a very different way to what you’ve every previously considered.

📆 How do I book my first session, and when can I start?

Booking is simple—once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your first session through our online booking system. As this is an ongoing program with no restrictive start dates, you can begin as soon as a slot is available. Most clients are able to book their initial Behavioral Evaluation within just a few days.

💳 How do I make a payment? Are there options for instalments?

Payment is secure and processed online via Stripe. This Bundle is heavily discounted, and as such no instalment plans are offered. All services included in this offer can be purchased separately, however at their standard pricing.

⛔️ If I sign up but can’t make all five sessions, will I lose my booking?

NO, we understand life gets busy! Our flexible booking system allows you to cancel and/or reschedule ALL your sessions whilst your Bundle remains valid. We recommend attending regularly to maintain consistent progress, but adjustments and flexibility to scheduling are built into our process to accommodate your needs.

No, there are no hidden costs.
